Package Terms & Conditions
- Each participant must meet the ride requirements for the rides they take part in
- Intoxicated participants will not be permitted to ride
- Hot drink add-ons are $5 each — buy as many as you like and share them among your group however you want (e.g. 20 add-ons bought = 20 hot drinks to share)
- Let us know ahead of time if anyone needs an alternative milk option
- BBQs can be self-supplied, organised by you, or we can connect you with our preferred suppliers (additional cost applies)
- Bookings are first come, first served — our peak Christmas period runs from late October to late January
- Additional ride passes can be purchased on the day
- Pre-pay or pay on arrival — whichever suits you
- Group photo/media packages can be added ahead of time or on the day
- Have a specific requirement? Let us know and we'll do our best to make your day special

Catering Options
We allow groups to create the perfect day for them. Whether it’s a catered BBQ, a more formal or relaxed meal, we can put you in contact with some awesome local caterers, just mention your preference in your enquiry.
If you prefer, you can use our BBQ area free of charge and completely DIY. Please note that our BBQ area is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve this while you can!

CATERING OPTIONS
XMAS FUNCTIONS – DAYTIME OR TWILIGHT
Christmas at Velocity Valley is a great way to reward your staff in a relaxing and exciting atmosphere. Enjoy a range of activities in one easy location with differing levels of adrenaline to suit everybody. Choose to have the entire park to yourself for the duration of your event (minimum spend applies). Lunch or dinner can be enjoyed in the BBQ area.
BBQ Area Hire – Bookings essential!
We have a commercial size BBQ situated in an undercover seating area and picnic tables available to use.
Bring your own food and serveware to create a DIY BBQ for your team. Build-Your-Own Burger is a great low cost option which can be tailored to individual needs.
